Just found deck.js a JavaScript framework that lets you create Power Point like presentations within the browser using new web technologies like Ajax, HTML5 and CSS3.

SlideGo also uses ajax, HTML5 and CSS3 and supports full set of Powerpoint animations (including text animations by paragraphs, words or letters). Except that it is a WYSIWYG editor, not javascript framework.
